Not that I'm a caps-bigot but, did you know you can easily edit a post (just click the tiny edit button) if you're so inclined.

Can I suggest you read some older posts before continuing to post these questions in all caps?

ghee is better than butter (no milk solids), coconut oil is good too, I prefer ghee

For ME, coconut oil. I have inflammatory disease. The casein in butter makes it worse for me so I stick to strict paleo. No butter. If I absolutely must then I use ghee.

It depends on a few things. Are you allergic to coconut oil? Where does your butter come from?

In this case it is highly likely that eating the one you like more is the best path.

Based on what my stomach/liver are telling me, butter is better. Lamb fat is even better then that. My stomach does not like coconut oil.

Based on my prior post, gheee may have a higher smoke point than coconut oil (485F vs. 350F) but coconut oil has the least amount of PUFA (2% vs. 4%) among all vegetable and animal oils / fats.
