What if I consumed 16oz of Heavy Whipping Cream a day and little else?

I would be getting 1600 calories, 175 fat, 122.5 saturated fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugars, 0 protein

I figured this would be ALMOST be all I needed for my Low Carb High Fat Diet, maybe with the addition of a couple of eggs or a little bit of meat thrown in. Would this assist in my weight loss? Would this keep me full? Or would this just make me feel like sh*t and poop my pants?

Thanks!

A lot of people come here and are at first struck by negative rhetoric and general unfriendliness. It's unfortunate we can't always be more welcoming but you just proposed something that set of a lot of alarms and got people a little upset. Stay or go, it's up to you, but if you start making some sense we'll welcome you with open arms.

It's cool Stephen 4 from Atlanta can apparently shut down my question. This is a very unfriendly and rude community. I guess I am going to have to eat non-processed foods all by my lonesome.

Because you will feel like shit, look like shit, and probably also shit like shit. It's just a bad idea. Get real.

Amazing the responsiveness trolls get around here. Can't help myself.

We don't usually respond too kindly to people proposing radical, harmful, or ridiculous remedies for being fat and too lazy to eat real food. JERF mofo.

I wasn't trolling. I mean clearly this isn't a new way of life for me, but for maybe for some quick weight loss, I mean it is very rich in the calories you need. I can tell that this website is going to be a blast...

So after the sound advice and warnings are you really still planning to do this?

I had a similar thought...but 1 cup of cream with the addition of cacao and turmeric to the cream, w stevia, heated. Plus small spinach salad w varied fish and veggies daily. And my supplements/vitamins. Could be pretty decent for most days of the week. Am I wrong here?

What if you ate a standard paleo diet instead of trying some dangerous stunt? We need micronutrients as well. Minerals, proteins, enzymes.

Then you would develop severe nutritional deficiencies and your health markers and bowel movements would be F*%$#d.

if you do that, your name will be heavycreamtornado :P

just kidding, this doesn't seem neither sustainable nor healthy (on the long term) it lacks both macro- and micro-nutrients, let alone boring

You need other macronutrients than fat...you also need micronutrients.
