I've found that olive oil gives me some degree of inflammation, as does coconut oil and lard. I can actually feel it in my chest. Like an uncomfortable burning censation close to my heart which freaks me out. I have this probelm with all added fats; so basically anything you add for cooking or can use as a spread. I don't really get this issue with fat that already in pure form, like on meat or in nuts. This goes against everything i've read online. I thought maybe its the foods i'm eating with the fats, but im not sure. I've heard the science behind food combining and not combinign fats and carbs is flawed? Any help is appreicated

could be heartburn from bile reflux.
i'm thinking bile/gallblader because your issue seems to be just with added fats/oils.
you may just need time to adjust, start small & build up slowly with the added fats.
