Are there any other markers I should be tracking?
I switched to strict keto about 1 month before running these labs. My BO has dropped significantly since cutting out my carbs so I', happy about that but my LDL seems concerning. I have also lost 10 lbs in the span of that month and am still losing currently.
I am eating lots of GF butter and coconut oil. Lots of small fishes like sardines and white tuna, salmon. GF beef nuts. I'd like to see my ldl drop
