How much is too much? Should consumption be regulated like liver?

It's so cheap this could be my meat bedrock!

Heart is flank steak, very lean but with more iron. Surely every type of offal, except liver, can be eaten every day without a problem.

I eat lamb heart all the time. Liver should be limited because of the quantity of vitamin A and copper in it but as far as I know heart is much more like muscle meat so it should be okay to eat more often

I once ate a whole heart in a sitting, i don't think i've ever eaten something so rich & filling in my life, i naturally didn't eat anymore for a good while, it's so rich i can't see myself having the taste for it on a daily basis, i take that as a guideline for when to eat it & how much of it
