1. A caloric deficit (necessity for weight loss, not so much recomp though) with around 1-1.3 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, enough fats, and the rest carbs (more on training days, less on rest days).
2. A resistance training program (will give your muscles a reason to hang around so you don't lose a lot of muscle mass
3. brisk walking (just healthy and burns cals without creating a highly catabolic hormonal environment. It actually reduces cortisol levels).
I'd recommend trying to skip breakfast and just eat 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner). If you work out in the afternoon and go several hours before dinner, then a snack will help tide you over (like cottage cheese/greek yogurt/whey protein powder and some fruit). There's no magic in it, other than it makes dieting less of a pain in the ass cause you can afford to eat large meals when you're only eating twice, as opposed to 4-6 bird sized meals.

IF there was any, natural or not, miracle 'cure' for being fat do you think so many people would be fat?
Losing fat is Extremely easy, just stop eating bad food, stop over eating and start moving. Unfortunately this is by no means a miracle,,,you actually have to do something...*Gasp*.
