What are your favorite juice recipes?

I just got back from a ten day vacation, and while I tried my best to follow my paleo lifestyle, when your eating out everyday, it is nearly impossible. You can ask for things to be special, but you really never know what they are putting in your food. My body feels like crap, so to get myself back on track I decided to do a juice cleanse. What are your favorite juice combinations for health? I appreciate the feedback.

Green juice - celery, spinach, cucumber, coriander, lime, kale and ginger root. It's really cleansing and good for digestion with lots of nutrients and probably would go with a fast well.

Hi, Juice cleanse advocates believe toxins from the food supply, air and water pollution, household chemicals and other modern products build up in your cells. This accumulation of dangerous toxins causes fatigue, sluggishness, aches and pains, weight gain, depressed mood and other medical symptoms. One of the most popular types of fasts- and for good reason- is the green juice fast. Green fasts allow your body to detoxify while also giving your body some really great nutrition. http://colon-health-reviews.blogspot.com/2012/08/secrets-behind-juicing-and-colon-health.html

My favorite juice blend is carrots, romaine lettuce, celery and parsley. It is so creamy, it almost feels like milk or something to me, but I do tend to get it from an organic juice shop that has a Norwalk Press and the juice quality out of those things is ridiculous.

I also love watermelon juice but that might be hard to find good watermelon right now. Also, coconut water is awesome and a good base for smoothies if you want to go that route, maybe some berries and greens if you like, won't be too high in sugar, if that is something you want to avoid.

Personally I don't really consider juices to be really "paleo" but each to their own! Fruit juices are very high in sugars so I prefer to avoid

If I'm going to drink it I like a mix of

carrot beetroot tomato celery cucumber ginger bacteria

Can't face greens eg spinach, too bitter!

Also nice - melon cucumber celery

Carrot, carrot, carrot, carrot and more carrot. You can mix egg yolk in it and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

Also, beet juices is fabulous!!! And pomegranate too. If you combine beet and apple, it taste a little like wine - but beware of high sugar content.
