Considering there isn't really anything paleo about juicing, I'm guessing your posting this on a paleo forum is a cry for help. Welcome, relief is on the way, quit juicing and start eating some real food, and spend the next week reading every question that interests you here.

wtf man this all seems like a pretty clear sign to a) STOP JUICE FASTING, especially since juice fasts are bunk anyway and juice isn't that good for you and b) go to a doctor if you still feel bad.

A very kind response to a question that doesn't belong in this forum IMO. There's nothing paleo about a juice fast to lose weight. And there's certainly no evolutionary advantage to be gained by continuing an eating experiment that is causing diarrhea, vomiting and headaches. Sorry, I'm just a cranky old bird today.

If you try something and it makes you feel like ass, stop. I'm not going to say that I know what the juice fast is all about, but I do know that juice is basically sugar water. So what youre saying is youre living on water and sugar, no protein, no fat, and this isnt working for you?

You're new here, so I am trying to be nice. I really do hope that you stick around for a while. You will find that what you have done isnt wrong per se, experimentation is key for all of us and we are all a little different. Trying the juice fast is fine, but realize when to pull the rip cord and get out. Also, you need protein and fat, not sugar, spend some time here and you'll learn about why the juice fast is kind of a silly idea to begin with.

I don't know what kind of juice fast you are on, but "bad head aches's all day and night and I wake up dry heaving 4 or five times through the night and my poo is the opposite of what it should be" sounds like a pretty clear sign to stop whatever you are doing and if you don't feel better, seek medical attention.

I think you answered your own question.

Why a juice fast anyways? Why not learn do IF and see if that is of any benefit to you instead of such an extreme fast.

feel better!

That sounds terrible. No matter what you are doing, and how many people have had apparent success with it, if you have that kind of reaction you need to stop.
