My question is in regards to cholesterol and what part it plays in overall general health. My website www.mrbobswellness.com addresses men's health and an integral part of this is the prevention of disease through proper nutrition. I have somewhat been a paleo enthusiast long before I even knew it existed. A few years ago, when I quit drinking alcohol, I noticed a deep craving for sweets - something I never had a taste for...Ever! My original theory was to eat what you crave and eat when you're hungry - then came the sugar so I went back to what we now call paleo. I'm 50 years old and never been overweight, never had a headache in my life and very rarely ever get sick. Even though I've worked the medical field for over 20 years, I know what really goes on behind the curtain so I've always avoided doctors. Anyway, I would appreciate any feedback you may have on the cholesterol issue - I've always thought that the topic has been over rated as more diseases seem to ignite as people try to become healthy through medicine. Thanks, Bob
