I take mk-4 carlsons 5mg every other day and have noticed results like smooth and cleaner looking teeth which i am really pleased about! :D

however since my mk-4 is nearly finished, i was thinking if it worth supplementing mk-7 as well but am worried about the soy and raising of estrogen levels.

And being male, i dont want high estrogen levels :S

Is it worth supplementing mk-7 as well as mk-4 to be on the safe side?

I was looking at Life Extensions K2 Complex which looks really good?

Just from the fact the MK4 is taken in milligrams and MK7 in micrograms, it seems that MK4 is safer.

Also, I read on another forum that MK7 doesn't have that effect on teeth.
