Though I have long since given up refined carbs and processed foods, since I can't tolerate ketogenic eating, I do still have some sugar and carbs in my diet, specifically in the form of a tbsp of coconut sugar in my morning tea, and a few small corn tortillas everyday for lunch (2-3). However, I am otherwise free of grains and vegetable oil, and my diet consists mostly of meat, cheese, vegetables (nightshades and cruciferous), and small amounts of fermented dairy (organic, unsweetened sheep milk yogurt and sour cream) daily. I do also have some dark chocolate, almond butter bread, fruit, and goat milk a few times a week, with .5 cups of heavy cream daily. For this reason, I wanted to ask if any of this is particularly unhealthy, especially considering that I've heard some bad things about daily sugar consumption. Thoughts?
