Ginger increases testosterone levels and improves sperm quality. What other spices affects the endocrine system?

It also increased testicular antioxidant enzymes, especially when taken with L-Carnitine (which us meat eaters get a lot of anyway.)

Wow! Thanks for sharing. I wonder what it does for women. I only know that it acts as prokinetic and as antacid.

There are so many more out there it's not even funny. however, most of these are all short term studies, and whenever you increase testosterone you likely increase aromatase as well. So take all of these with a giant grain of salt. The best way to increase T is to be healthy.

Cardamom is related to ginger so that may have similar properties.

There are two good studies out there on fenugreek and its affects on the endocrine system. One shows it increases male libido and the other show Fenugreek having a positive affect on insulin resistance.
