After awhile tweaking Paleo/PHD, my teeth have begun remineralizing noticeably, and my health is improving. However, my gums have become noticeably more pocketed. I've read some about using CoQ10 (liquid or normal pill form) to heal pocketing of gums.
Does anyone know more about dosage or protocol for CoQ10, or other things to help with gums pocketing, receding, or generally feeling kind of weak? (My teeth feel quite hard and strong, but the sockets/gums occasionally feel wiggly/loose, and look pocketed in some places in the mirror.)
I've also tried (without success) to find a CoQ10 liquid supplement without strange artifical sweetener additives. Any recommendations?
