What would you guys/gals recommend for healing an injury? I often hear fasting is the quickest way to heal, and from what I've read about fasting that makes a lot of sense, but I've also read that high protein can speed healing (Sisson recommends this in his 'how much protein?' article)
About a month ago I was stretching & my shoulder dislocated but popped straight back in, it was a lil sore, then was fine for a few weeks, now it seems to have flared up big time, i'm wondering whether I should fast for a few days or eat some steak n eggs n butter to help heal up, what say you?
