I smell smoke inside house and headache

I smell smoke inside the house and have a headache there is a fire blocks away but I smell it inside house and have a head ache should I be worried?

See a doctor. Phantosmia can be associated with certain illnesses - in addition to epilepsy, it has been seen in persons who eventually develop Parkinson's and in others with brain tumors. It's probably nothing, but don't take a chance.

It is widely accepted that Paleolithic man was able to harness fire for his own benefit. I suggest finding a large steak and then seeking out the source of the smoke. Place the steak on top of the flames until it is slightly charred on the outside, and tender and warm on the inside. Consume. This should get rid of the headache, as it is probably arising from your instinctive hunger caused by the smell of burning.
