i was recently diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis after many years of pain and fatigue! after alot of research i decided to go with the auto immune paleo diet and already i am noticing a difference, the pain seems more manageable, i'm sleeping through the night which i havent for years and i'm not falling asleep at my desk which is great for my career! i've been on my new food plan now for a bit over a week and medicated for 2 weeks so still very early days
what i am struggling with is limit in diet as for me it's not just gluten but also dairy and soy which seems to be hidden in everything. anyone had a similar experience? light at the end of the tunnel?
