MRT Leap versus AIP

Hello. I had been on the AIP (Autoimmune Paleo Protocol) for about 45 days to help combat my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Simultaneously, my Dietician (who is a big Paleo advocate), had me take the MRT Leap test for food sensitivities. Last week, she and I met and went over the results. The test revealed that I have a lot of food sensitivites for Paleo-friendly foods such as sweet potatoes, coconut, onions, mushrooms, and quite a few fruits and veggies as well as most shellfish. However, I was NOT intolerant to many grains and dairy. She recommended I begin the MRT Leap protocol, which included eating yogurt and selected grains like rice and quinoa. I am having difficulty sticking to the MRT Leap diet because I don't like the food as much. Now some people are telling me that they aren't accurate and yield different results each time. What is better for reducing inflammation and promoting gut health overall? If I had my choice, I'd pick AIP but I want to heal my body.
