I'm finding it so hard to stick to this please help.

I live in a house where I'm not the main shopper and don't get much say in the food that is bought. I'm finding it really hard to get enough nutrients while staying in the guidelines and I need help. Any assistance is greatly appreciated thanks.

i have fruits like mangos, apples, blueberries and pineapple. i have vegetables like mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and corn. I also have some walnuts, pistachios and thats about all the paleo stuff we have

keep pushing! these are all good posts. find staples in paleo like some fruit, lots of veggies, and meat (even bacon!) find times to cook when no one is around. make it a point to your parents that this is a priority.

Eat meat, fish, eggs, vegetables (corn is not a vegetable), nuts and if you want a dessert just eat some fruit. Use olive oil and butter if you have them. There you go, you're all set.

Just keep harassing your parents until they understand that it is less effort to get you the foods you want than to deal with your nagging. Although you probably should be reasonable and stick to certain easy to remember staples for convenience sake

Alternatively you could go and try to push a bunch of educational material on them until they understand what healthy food choices are and why they're important...the first one is probably a lot easier though.

I don't know your exact situation, but you especially need to push to get lots of veggies and less processed foods and sugar. Avoid them altogether. Might be a little easier to answer this if you listed the foods that you had available to eat.
