Weird but Good Emotion

Ok. This is an interesting one. Has anyone become more emotional after switching to paleo? For me, I was never a very emotional guy. Though I'm emotionally stable (always pretty happy) and don't cry unprovoked or over react to things, sometimes when I watch a certain movie, listen to a certain song or think about how amazing life is, I start to get teary eyed in an overwhelmingly happy way. I think paleo has taught me not to just connect with my body but with my emotions too. What are your experiences with eating paleo and your emotional state (whether they be good or bad)?

Ditto here. I am much calmer when I am eating better and more moody and prone to anger when eating badly. But I still cry easily at movies.

My experience is different. My mood is much more stable (ups and downs almost non-existent), and not much emotions, neither positive nor negative. But I am happy with this change, suits me well since I don't miss my emotions :-).
