So I would love to know why my right side has more hair. Any ideas?

Hormones travel in the blood. Blood on the left side is the same as blood on the right side. It's like the water supply in your house. The water that comes out of the kitchen faucet has the same chemical composition as the water that comes out of the bathroom faucet. There's no "bathroom water" and "kitchen water," and similarly, there's no "left-side hormones" and "right-side hormones."

Internal organs aren't symmetrically aligned (your spleen is on your left, gallbladder on your right) so you would expect hormones to be asymmetric. It's more surprising that body hair is mostly symmetric than the many cases when it isn't.

Genetics. Or you sleep on that side and it's affecting you.

At this point in my life it is no longer an issue, but I have always wondered why my body hair on my right side was always ahead of the left. And, even to this day, my right bicep is stronger and larger than my left one, even though I am a lefty.
