My hair, why must you grow so fast?!?

Ok, this is totally one of those nitpick problems. It's just really kind of annoying me. I used to get my hair cut every 3 months or so. Since going paleo, my hair seems to be growing FAR faster. I'm now having to schedule haircuts once a month and even then my hair is feeling too long!

I might have to just screw it and go with a buzz cut or something.

I can only assume this is due to paleo. I can also only assume that this is a sign of good health, and I should be pleased. It's just that, as a male who prefers short hair, this is rather annoying! :)

How long have you been paleo? It may take a while to get your hair and nails to improve.

Improved nutrition will do that. My nails also have to be trimmed and filed more often.

I've noticed this as well...It's weird though, I've always had thin hair and nails, and that hasn't changed, they are just growing faster. It would be nice if my hair and nails were stronger instead...
