Pho is a Vietnamese dish that can have tendons in it. Gaps, Weston Price and Ray Peat diets advocate gelatinous products for a healthy gut. I notice that eating these types of dishes along with an otherwise balanced diet result in noticeably smoother regular movements. Has anyone else noticed similar or contrary effects?

gelatin will do the same. I add a tbsp of it to my daily soup/broth.
