I fell asleep while listening to a discussion of FODMAPS, so if this sounds weird, blame the dreamworld. Anyway, various folks have said CO2 is good for you. I know I've seen a study somewhere about hydrogen therapy. Butyrate is supposed to be awesome.
So, I am looking around on the internet for some clues as to how to push gut ecology in the right direction. Are there any convenient lists of bacteria and what they produce?
Have any of you managed some sort of shift to a better class of gut bacteria byproducts?
