I know that Mexican restaurants are pretty easy to stay Paleo on (i.e. fajitas), but I was wondering the other day when my friend made her guacamole recipe and put sour cream in it whether most Mexican restaurants put other non-Paleo items in their guacamole. I like to eat a lot of guacamole with my fajitas and am now a little hesitant to do so.
What do you all think? Is guacamole from Mexican restaurants usually pretty safe?
