What exactly does the term "Groking Out" mean?

I've read people using this term (most recently on Mark Lisson's site) so I googled it. Not much there though! I found the definition of "Grok" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grok). Is this the root of the term? If so, what does it have to do with Paleo lifestyle?

Technically, Grok has nothing to do with Paleo, it is a reference from the "The Primal Blueprint" by Mark Sisson see below.
