Hi, are there any GreySheeters on here?

I realized that if I'm doing Greysheet, my foods are all paleo. (Greysheet is a 12-step food program).

Good for you! Eating only once helps me avoid binge urges also. It seems the more frequently I eat, the more likely I am to lose control. I'm always surprised when other people say IF is dangerous for bingers. I personally think it's worth a try.

Hi, pre-paleo I was in CEA-HOW for a while and abstinent but I noticed my food cravings only got stronger. I couldn't stay abstinent for longer than 32, 33 days or so. And then I binged on carbs. For me the zero-diet calorie soda's where extremely dangerous, because the sweetener made me so ravenous. I didn't know back then that they could have this effect. Now I do a lot of IF and I managed to overcome my binge eating disorder and I dropped a lot of weight. My BMI is 18,something. It used to be 24.

I also was in OA-HOW. I tried a lot of things to overcome my eating disorder. Or better, to learn to live with my eating disorder. I actually have several eating disorders. I also suffer from night eating disorder. I think I found the answer in IF: I'm relatively happy with with it. I can eat whatever I want, not always when I want it, but with a little planning, I usually manage to get by pretty good. Hope you too!

Have a good 24!

New to me, sounds kind of strict. The zero-calorie soda seemed out of place.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/321107-overview-of-the-grey-sheet-diet-plan :

calls for abstinence from any food that contains more than 10 percent carbohydrates. Three meals per day are fine, so long as the portions are carefully measured. The only between-meal allowances are black coffee, tea or zero-calorie soda.
