Is it okay to cosume these green drinks every now and then? I know that paleo man did not consume these foods, but they are very nutritious, they have lots of minerals, antioxidants,enzymes and probiotics. To drink or not to drink?

Theoretically, they should not have any gluten (etc. proteins), but I remember reading that it's possible for contamination.
Drink them, don't drink them, I don't think you're really going to be any healthier for it. I personally would feel like a vegan hippy and be forced to move to southern California were I to consume those grass shakes.

For more nutrients and far less horrible taste, have some spinach. Or beet greens, or chard, or darn near any greens other than wheat grass.
If you want pro-biotics, kimchi and sauerkraut will do far better too.
