I am new to Paleo and I'm just a normal person trying to clean up my diet of harmful toxic sugars and processed foods. I'm enjoying it so far but I am having trouble letting go of my dairy, mainly my plain unflavored greek yogurt. I understand dairy isn't technically Paleo but i have read different opinions about whether plain yogurts are actually harmful if you aren't allergic (which I'm not). I'm interested in the groups opinions here.
