Why am I so full eating grassfed beef?

I've been eating paleo for the last year. Much more strictly over the last four months. I used to eat a lot of grassfed meat, but had to go back to grainfed because of money more recently. However, I finally got half a grassfed cow last week and have been chowing down on that. Here's what I have noticed--I am really satisfied after I eat. I mean, I'm only needing to eat two meals instead of three and don't really need veggies either. I'm just not that hungry and feel very content which is odd for me even on paleo. All that has changed is the type of meat I'm eating (grassfed not grainfed).

What I find confusing is that grassfed should be leaner than what I was eating so why would I be fuller? I'm not eating more meat; in fact, I'm probably eating less especially when you consider I'm not eating all three meals. Can someone explain some possible reasons why I am so full? Thanks!

Better leptin signaling could be one reason. Grass fed beef makes your brain happy.

Grass fed meat has less fat. So by volume is has more protein. Protein is a lot more satiating than fat.

Maybe your gut is finally healed and you're just absorbing more of your food.

Maybe the higher micronutrient density of grass-fed beef explains it.

Here's a study where a mineral and vitamin supplement improved weight loss and blood markers, though it doesn't say whether the group that got the supplement spontaneously ate less. They did expend more energy, however.
