Has anyone tried "John Wayne's" brand jerky? I'm looking for comments as to taste and texture.

It appears to be raised by http://www.goldenvalleynatural.com/?page=prod&ID=23

Low-fat, high-protein lean beef is first marinated and then smoked in small batches over natural hickory woodchips, and lastly hand-sliced to craft an exceptional jerky that???s tender and moist???never dry. The Duke???s children wanted a jerky their famous pop would be proud of so they used only grass-fed cattle raised with no added hormones, antibiotics, nitrites, or MSG. A portion of the sales goes to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation. 3.65 oz. bag.

  • From grass-fed beef raised without added hormones or antibiotics * Tender and moist???never dry * No nitrites or MSG

If you can recommend any other brands, that would be helpful.
