I'm new to the Paleo lifestyle, and was wondering if i cannot get grass fed beef, is homone free okay? What about chicken and pork? Any help is appreciated!

Yes it's ok.
The most important things are: get rid of sugar, processed foods, grains, legumes, and vegetable oils (except olive oil). After you've done that and feel comfortable setting weekly meal schedules, work on refining the rest.
