Yo sup I eat strict paleo (no dairy, legumes or grains, only grasssfed meat and organic produce) and exercise 19 days a week.
I also include daily:
- Raw Colustrum from my gilfriend
- Fermented Cod Liver Oil and High Vitamin Butter Oil
- Raw Grassfed Buffalo liver
- Raw Gorilla Brain (for IQ)
- Lots of muscle meat so I can get yoked
- Organic Spirulina
- Raw bull balls (for testosterone)
- Homemade Bone broth
- Organic Milk from the teet of wild lions that I milk myself in Kenya during the full moon
I'm waiting on dat Godly status but hasn't arrived yet. When do I get dat Godly? I'm hoping all this stuff will give me da God status. Down to make everyone my puny minions.

You should be eating salmon aswell, fish is something that can't be overlooked in the paleo diet. You should preferably be stealing your fish from the grizzleys that pull them from the river. ( The bigger the bear the more it will help your Omega 6 / 3 balance )
