I have celiac disease, I'm usually very diligent but somewhere I slipped up. Around Monday last week, my sinuses started flaring up and I got really congested, followed by a hammering migraine and blackouts. I then became really irritable and exhausted. I would go to bed immediately after work around 6:00pm and not get up until 6:00am. I would not feel good and stop eating, limiting to one meal a day. Everything I ate just passed through me undigested. Then on Thursday my stomach began to hurt really bad. This weekend I began having a horrific OCD/depression episode for the first time in years for no reason. I felt suicidal like my world was collapsing even though nothing bad was happening. My life is actually really good now! I slept for 18 hours on Saturday.
I'm at work now and I'm trying to keep it together. What can I do to help this pass?
