Does anyone have a good article or scientific study that proves gluten sensitivity is not a myth? I would love a link or reference I could give to the nay-sayers out there.

thank you!

Non-celiac gluten sensitivity doesn't have much if any scientific support. Certainly not to justify claims that some large segment of the population cannot eat it without problems.

I'd start here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=aristo+vojdani+gluten

and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=Alessio+Fasano+gluten

and http://www.glutensensitivity.net/VojdaniDiagrams.htm

I'd guess the Wheat Belly book would have some good references in it, as would probably Dr. Tom O'Brien's site http://thedr.com , but you'll have to dig.
