She'll be great. Healthy people should be dodging gluten. Get her off processed food and into this healthy stuff and she'll be a beast.

I'm thinking now that you know this and remove gluten, she'll start to really thrive.

I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and got very sick after eating anything with gluten.

Well, guess what? I am no longer gluten intolerant. I can eat gluten all day long and be fine. Not that I think it is good for me - it is not. But just feeling normal is great.

So how did this happen? Apparently, there is a cause behind gluten intolerance. I had giardiasis for so long, the symptoms changed and I did not even know about! Giardia created a perfect environment for SIBO and all kinds of pathogenic bacteria.

I found out about it by accident, when I started going through all kind of tests to rule out all the possibilities. And all 10 doctors I went to missed it! If I hadn't done the proper testing, they would not even think about diagnosing me correctly. That's a scary thought and it really bothers me. I no longer trust doctors as a result.

So, try to figure out what triggered your daughters gluten intolerance if you can. Parasites? SIBO?
And for now - follow a very strict SCD diet.

She'll be great. Healthy people should be dodging gluten. YOU should stop eating gluten, haha. Get her off processed food and into this healthy stuff / exercise and she'll be a beast.

I ate that stuff until my late 20s.. that's like decades of abuse.
