The monumentally massive China Study shows an impressive -58% correlation between rice and and heart disease mortality. Contrast this with +67% for wheat and +39% for other grains. There is no rice scare that I know of. Do you have a proven nightshade issue or are you just worrying about everything.

How about not eating crackers, paleo or otherwise?

You can also rinse your rice before cooking. Don't know about the crackers, though. I've tried some hemp crackers from Whole Foods that I thought were pretty tasty.

Please don't shout. Are you thinking about arsenic in rice? White rice has less than brown rice. And rice, while a safe starch relatively speaking, probably is best not eaten every day. There are lots of other veggies out there besides nightshades: broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts, grean beans. And there are tubers and roots such as sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, parsnips. There are plenty of things available that are good to eat if you look around the produce section.
