i am a victim of gluten and unknowingly suffered alot that too for six years almost. now i feel that i dont have any strength in my body. i feel alot weakness. my bones pains alot and am really worried. i have started using gluten free products! First off, don't eat anything labelled 'gluten free'.
Key word here: LABEL
Eat whole FRESH foods that you cook yourself. Avoid anything in a can, box, plastic etc so you can let your stomach begin to heal. Going gluten free can be difficult when you're just starting out.
I suggest you read up on what it means to be Gluten Free. Friends of mine have really enjoyed doing the Whole 30 plan, which pretty much lays out everything you need to do to get yourself back in touch with food and avoid things that are harmful for you -- one of these things being Gluten.
