Ways he is already paleo:

  1. -he lifts heavy. The package of toys I always see on Christmas cards always looks heavy
  2. -he always seems happy. He's jolly and has kept a positive outlook despite years and years of war, famine, the selfishness of mankind and natural disaster

Ways he can incorporate "paleo" into his lifestyle:

  1. -stop trying to deliver so many toys in such a short time span. Lack of sleep is a big no-no in the paleo community. Cortisol may in part explain high abdominal fat
  2. -eating cookies from around the world is tempting but it really is time for him to take baby steps and at least ask for gluten-free treats
  3. -more daylight. The North Pole isn't so bright this time of year at all...During this time of the year, he should at least supplement with Vitamin D.

I can't really judge him because apparently his lifestyle has given him hundreds of years. I guess what we need to worry about is just being giving and loving, emotionally loving and accepting of all creatures even those with scientifically confusing body parts like a glowing nose.
