Does anyone know the the nutritional values of chicken gizzards? Or where I might be able to find them at.

Look at Safeway, or whatever Safeway calls itself where you are. They carry Foster Farms chicken, which has a gizzard and heart pack that's about 90% gizzards. You could ask at all the usual places -- farmers market, meat co-op, etc., but that's the only place I've come across them.

Here's a source for chicken gizzard nutrition, but I can't speak to its accuracy.

I was wondering this too because I was at the Chinese market the other day and they had tons of chicken gizzards and hearts (not to mention beef liver, pork liver and probably every other bit of the animal). I was mighty tempted. But looking at that link from Adah above, I don't like this one bit:

Total Omega-3 fatty acids 5.8mg Total Omega-6 fatty acids 355mg

That's a 60 to 1 6:3 ratio. I don't see the benefit, at least from conventionally grown chickens. I mean, yeah, they taste good, but I am missing the benefit? Maybe the selenium, but I can get that eating fish, with a much more favorable FA ratio.
