Replacement for Avocado??

This is a sad day for me as I've learned that avocados give me gas (well, at least the 2 per day I have been eating recently). I love them not only because they taste amazing but they are so easy to bring to work and keep around for a snack.

Any good suggestions for a replacement? I need the calories and fat but without the gas. Is that so much to ask?? Thanks for any help.

I also learned that unfortunately I cannot eat two avocados a day but one a day is not a problem. It may just be that your gut needs some time to adjust to that quantity. I would agree with eating one a day first to see what happens before giving up on them.

Consume more nuts since they are high in monounsaturated fat. Have a go at dowsing olive oil on nourishments or cook with olive oil. It is additionally rich in monounsaturated unsaturated fats. The avocado is high in vitamin E so substitute these high vitamin E with almonds, apricots, spinach.

It might be worth trying out organic extra virgin avocado oil.

That's so sad :( try having only one avocado instead of two, replace the other with something else like walnuts/pecans, hard boiled egg(yolk)s, coconut cream, coffee w/ butter and coconut oil (bulletproof), gruyere cheese, some virtually 0 carb food+olive oil (e.g. mushrooms soak it in like a sponge), 2 tbsp of tahini (grey zone paleo)

no real replacement for avocado, too unique. a nutritional replacement of sorts can be had with a well dressed (with olive oil) mixed roots salad. Not too handy I know, but I keep a jar of olive oil at work, because when my avocados are unripe I prefer to wait and eat something else.
