I've had digestion issues for a few months: loose stool, burps and gas. No heartburn, and there are no other symptoms, my energy levels are good and I feel healthy otherwise.
I've been on 80% paleo for years, and I guess I ate bad mussels. Stool test and doctor visit were inconclusive: nothing wrong with me. More background in this question.
I recently went on GAPS intro diet to put an end to this, eating only meat, stock, and some steamed cauliflower and broccoli. It fixed my stool pretty quickly, and now i'm regular and "normal". But I still get burps and some gas, which I didn't used to have at all.
I added apple cider vinegar, then pro-biotic, but that hasn't helped with the burps or gas.
Any suggestions on what to try next?
