It's possible to have constipation while having loose stools. (The constipated material dries and shrinks while the loose material passes through around it.) Constipation can cause headaches. My son often had these symptoms when he was much younger. Need to know what you are eating, if that is at the root of the problem. Meantime, I would drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated and hopefully rehydrate any constipated material in the colon. Just don't know enough info to make any other recommendations at this point.
