Air fryer has some benefits as well as disadvantages. The benefits of air fryers are:
Easy or quick to cook.
Air fryers prevent the food from becoming dry on the inside, while still creating a crispy texture on the outside.
Food has less fat.
Easy to maintain and clean.
The food do not contain oil at all, oil is major source of fat. hence, goof for health.
There are few disadvantages associated with air fryer:
The temperature must be appropriate in order to prevent quick dry.

You can use air fryer as it has several benefits but do not use it on daily basis and for deep roasting.
