You may want to read up on FODMAPs foods in case your IBS is triggered by any of them.

If you try them one at a time to see if you have any reactions to them you can soon get an idea of what your body can and can't handle. I did this for each food (one at a time) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to gauge my reaction. Remember, each person may tolerate some foods and not others, nothing is "wrong" with you if you can't eat something someone else with IBS can, your intestinal bacteria are just different from theirs. Good luck, and keep at it, you will get better on paleo.

You can pretty much eat any vegetables in unlimited quantities. I suggest you try to eat as many different veggies as possible, unless you detect digestion problems. - for instance, some people have trouble with nightshades.

Fruit, you need to be a bit more careful: for weight loss, you should limit yourself to one or two pieces per day, because fruit may contain a lot of carbs (bananas, for instance), and because fructose tends to be metabolized by your liver into fat. One apple and a pear per day should be fine, though.
