I'm trying to get an idea of what 100g of carbs via veggies and fruit looks like. I've more or less cut grains out completely but before I started learning more about paleo living I really stepped up the fruit and veg intake (about 10 portions a day, 4 of which would be veg).
Is there a ball park kind of figure on the portions of fruit and veg you can eat to stay at around 100 grams of carbs a day? I generally consider a portion to be around 80g. I'm not looking to lose weight particularly, just trying to be more paleo to see how it goes. My veg intake is mainly green leafy stuff with brocoli and cauliflour. Fruit is mainly berries, grapes, apples, bananas and pomegranate juice and it is all usually organic except the juice.

3-4 apples or 200 oz. of broccoli. If it's green then it'll be a ton! If it's a fruit then it will be much less. 3-4 cups of berries, 4-5 pears, etc. just mix and match until you have what will keep you full.
