I binged on an apple, soaked gojiberries and a bunch of cashews. Now I have the feeling I have too much sugar in my blood. This makes me nervous and impatient.

To get down blood sugar, I know there are some herbs: cinnamon, bitter tasting herbs, walnutleafs, wildryeroot.

Maybe ginger would work as well to lower the sugar in your body.

To be honest, an apple, a few berries, and cashews <> binging in my book. Now if you're talking a bag of apples, a bag of gojiberries, and a can of cashews, it's a different matter. Unless you're diabetic or something else is going on, do a few squats or kettlebell swings and move on and don't stress over it.

Taibata workout should fix you up in 5 minutes. Or just go out and do some sprints.

You are probably experiencing a surge of energy. Nervousness is really just improperly handled energy. That's why exercise is such a great stress reliever. You need to funnel the energy to something useful, either mentally or physically. Physically is the easiest. Many find extra sugar is useful for heavy workouts and on the flip side, heavy workouts are useful for extra sugar.

In my exerience, adding something with a lot of fat certainly moderates the blood glucose spikes, so if you feel like eating the apple or gojiberries, make sure to get some coconut oil, butter or nut butter. And as mentioned by Kruno, exercise can have a huge impact on how your body absorbs glucose (especially over time). In the short term, exercise might increase glucose as your liver is cranking it out to feed your muscles.
