Researchers at the University of Nottingham say research shows eating vegetables makes you more attractive. Dr Ian Stephen who led the research believes eating carrots and tomatoes made you look better than a tan would. Dr Stephen explained: "Eating five more portions [of fruit and veg] ups your carotenoid levels giving your skin golden tones." Carotenoids are antioxidants which soak up damaging compounds that the skin encounters in daily life. Students at the University's Malaysian campus, where Dr Stephen is based, ate five extra portions of fruit and vegetables a day for two months. Afterwards students examined a variety of pictures where their skin had different pigmentations and deemed themselves more attractive when they had increased their vegetable intake. Dr Stephen explained: "In humans, the more red and yellow tones found in the skin, the more attractive the people were found to be."

So why eating meat. If vegetables and fruit make you attractive? Does meats make you attractive too? Is there a similiar study to meats, eggs, diary?

Well Jacob has his thyroid metabolism ramped up with Matt Stone's High Everything Diet (tm), so of course the shirt must stay off. I was merely quoting Edward.

Lol. Sure, that's why, when I ate a banana last year, I had pustules all over my face. That must have been attractive for sure ...

Hey! I have a pasty vampire-like complexion thanks to my part-Russian heritage. :-)) When young, I also had black brown hair. My brother looks the same and we used to tell everyone we were from Transylvania. BTW, eating tons of fruit and vegetables, which I always have, don't change my skin at all. NOT eating wheat, and eating lots of meat, makes my skin bright.

I thought vegans were more sexy because of the pasty vampire-like complexion. Vegans are Edward, Paleos are Jacob! (Doesn't he ever wear a shirt?)

To me there is nothing more arousing than a female gnawing on a whole shank of meat.

Just saying.

Wait a minute, team-paleo are eating the same amount of veggies as team-vegary, we just add meat. I see no problem here accept perhaps a bit more energy, muscle, stronger bones, good nails, twinkly eyes and nice shiny hair.

High-fives to all my handsome brothers and sisters!

Unfortunately, I think there is nothing sexy about the way I house 8 hard boiled eggs in the morning.

So funny! I guess there aren't any vegans on the islands. Pretty soon Crayola might come up with a new color: vegan grey. But, adding colors to an industrial diet probably helps most people.
