I have been trying to follow fodmaps and basically staying away from most fruits besides blueberries and maybe half a banana occasionally. Today I decided to eat a nectarine with my lunch, about an hour later I am super bloated and SUPER nauseas. Almost threw up. I never use to have this much of a reaction to fruit. Could I be because I have stopped eating it for at least twos months?
