I'm trying to lose weight, and all the recipes I have come across use banana, and I only want to use low fructose fruits (berries). I know all protein or all fat for breakfast work "best" for weight loss, and I might use those some days, but just want something to change it up, plus get my greens in because quite frankly I feel I don't eat as many greens as I should do to FODMAPS and getting sick of the same ol' salad. What would be a good satisfying creamy smoothie?

1/2 avocado, handful spinach or kale, 1/2-1 banana, 4-5 strawberries, 1tblsp flax, approximately 2/3 C coconut milk or until desired thickness. You can substitute any berry for the banana instead. This is so yummy.
