Last time I had heartburn/acid reflux was over coconut flour...before that it was my stupid mistake of taking a bite of uncooked collard greens....before that it was my entire SAD diet. So other than making a mis-step here and there I dont have heartburn any more. Even after hot peppers/salsa. The only thing I have changed is I started taking Jarrow Formulas Q-Absorb -
If you have had this reaction, did it get better over time? I did take it on a full stomach.
